Introducing Our First In Good Form Client: Mayana Geneviere

by

Pam McMeekin

We are thrilled to announce our first In Good Form client, Mayana Geneviere! As a reminder, In Good Form is our new, quarterly pro-bono program designed to amplify BIPOC voices. Through this program, we pledge to provide $10,000 in 100% free customized strategic PR support to a qualifying business every quarter, helping female-identifying BIPoC achieve their unique business goals.

Our entire team was touched by founder Nadine Woods’ mission to create beautiful yet practical undergarments that support women at all stages of womanhood with a focus on motherhood. When the pandemic hit, Mayana Geneviere redirected part of their production to produce non-medical face masks and PPE gowns for midwives, and are proudly certified by Health Canada for PPE manufacturing.

Based in Toronto, local customers are able to book in-person fittings at their factory and see their products being made – a process they have extended to virtual fittings. All products are ethically sourced with all members of the all-women team paid fair wages.

We will officially start our work together in the New Year and can’t wait to start this next chapter of our business. Expect to hear more about this amazing brand, soon! Until then, give them a follow on Instagram and stay tuned for more.
